Refund Policy
For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or account. However, shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed to have arrived in damaged condition by Craafted.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we are unable to provide cash refunds due to courier restrictions. Instead, Craafted will issue store credit equivalent to the product value in the form of a coupon code, once the product is received at our facility.
In cases involving incorrect or outdated delivery addresses, errors in the address, three failed delivery attempts, both the forward and return shipping costs will be deducted.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Products returned in a used condition
- Products damaged in transit when independently shipped to Craafted by the customer
- Lost packages when customers choose to courier them independently
- For international shipments, if the customer refuses to pay customs duties or other statutory charges levied by the destination country, resulting in forfeiture of the package.
Note: Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and passes a quality inspection. The refund process typically takes 10-12 business days, in accordance with bank policies.
Cancellation Policy
Requests to modify or cancel an order will only be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the product has left our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible.
Shipping Policy
To ensure prompt delivery, customers must provide accurate shipping details, including a valid address and contact number. We partner with trusted logistics companies to ensure direct delivery to your doorstep. Once dispatched, an email with tracking details will be sent to you.
Orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery is expected within 5 to 10 working days.
Address changes can only be made if the product has not yet been shipped. If non-delivery occurs due to incorrect information provided by the customer, any additional re-delivery costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
Deliveries are made by our logistics partners from Monday to Saturday between 9 am and 9 pm. Delivery times may be subject to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or strikes. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
Free shipping is available for orders within India.
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated during checkout.
For international deliveries, all orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Additional charges, including customs duties and taxes, may be required upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations.
